Ward 385 Dessert

A pudding and cake concoction that will blow your socks off! I got this from my late friend, Shelly Sarwal.

Equipment

  • large bowl, whisk, baking pan if you make your own pound cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 pound cake (cut into 1/2" cubes)
  • 2 pkg Skor bits

Instructions 

  • Pour cold milk into a large mixing bowl
  • Whisk in pudding mix and let stand 5 minutes
  • Fold in whipped cream
  • Put half of the pound cake cubes in a 3 1/2 quart serving bowl
  • Layer with half the Skopr bits and half the pudding mixture
  • Repeat layers ending with pudding mixture
  • Garnish with whipped cream and Skor bits
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour

Notes

This is my vanilla version.  The original was in chocolate.  To make the chocolate version, use chocolate pudding and add 1/2 cup chocolate syrup.  Enjoy!
