No Crust Quiche

Ingredients

  • 4 oz chedder cheese, shredded
  • 6-7 strips of bacon, cooked (crumbled)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 1 T butter or margarine
  • 1/2 t salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs

Instructions 

  • Butter the bottom of a 10 inch pie plate and sprinkle the cheese over the bottom. Add the bacon
  • In a blender or mixer, combine the remaining ingredients and blend for one minute
  • Pour the mixture over the cheese and bacon in the pie plate
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
  • Let cool for a few minutes and serve
