On Pompidou, the default layout for the single post page is full width layout with no sidebar. But, you can choose your single post page to have a sidebar by going to Appearance >> Customize >> Single Post Page Settings. If you choose to have only one or a few posts to have different layout, you can set that up on its post page editor.
